Siela Terms of Service

1. Using Siela

Siela is a personal organizer for daily routines, notes, planning, and optional cycle awareness. You may use the app only in compliance with applicable law, platform rules, and these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You may use the app only if you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction. If local law requires parental or guardian involvement, use the app only with that authorization.

3. Your data and device

In the current V1 model, data is stored on your device rather than on a cloud account. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and using export or backup options available to you if you want your data preserved outside the app sandbox.

4. Non-medical boundary

Siela is not a medical device. Cycle information, predictions, and contextual prompts are provided for personal awareness only and must not be used as contraception or as a substitute for professional medical advice.

5. Notifications and device features

Optional reminders and other device-integrated features may depend on permissions or operating system behavior. Availability can vary by platform version, settings, or hardware.

6. Availability and product changes

Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed as the app evolves. Future versions may introduce new capabilities, new business models, or new technical infrastructure.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the app in a way that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or intended to interfere with the app, the device, or platform services.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siela is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every personal need.

9. Platform terms

If you downloaded the app through Apple or Google storefronts, their platform terms, policies, and license requirements may also apply. For Apple-distributed versions, the Apple Standard EULA may apply where relevant.
